About the Journal

Triết – Journal of Philosophy and Ideas is an international journal published in Vietnamese, German, English, and Chinese, with three regular issues and one supplementary issue annually. Triết is sponsored by the Center for Vietnamese Studies at National Cheng Kung University and supported by philosophers, scholars of religion, and thinkers in related fields from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam National University of Education, Hoa Sen University, Thai Binh Duong University, Hong Bang International University, the Buddhist College in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Catholic Academy, Krirk University, National Cheng Kung University, Fu Jen Catholic University, Chang Jung Christian University, and the Center for Philosophical Studies in South Taiwan.

Triết aims to promote and cultivate a culture of philosophical thinking in the Far East and Southeast Asia. As an open forum for all, dialogue, exchange, and cooperation with Asian and international thinkers constitute the guiding orientation of Triết. Scholars and researchers are cordially invited to submit manuscripts in the fields of philosophy, thought, and related disciplines.
