Peer Review Process

The journal applies a double-blind peer review process. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

Five-Step Review Process

• Step 1 — Authors submit manuscripts via the editorial office email or the OJS system;
• Step 2 — Initial Editorial Screening (Desk Review): checking scope, formatting, and minimum academic quality;
• Step 3 — Invitation and implementation of double-blind peer review (at least two independent reviewers);
• Step 4 — The Editorial Board synthesizes reviewers’ comments, makes decisions, and notifies authors of the results;
• Step 5 — Authors revise and finalize the manuscript; technical editing, layout design, and publication are then completed.

Evaluation Criteria

• Relevance to the mission and scope of the journal; originality of the research topic;
• Clear scholarly contribution to the fields of philosophy and thought;
• Practical value and significance; compliance with formatting and presentation standards.

Review Outcomes (Four Levels)

Accepted for publication | Minor revisions required | Major revisions required and resubmission for review | Rejected.
